International week
In the first week of April, some 45 international students and teachers visited FHICT. They come from various partner schools in Denmark, Japan and Belgium. From as far away as Tokyo and Fukushima to some closer to home, Hasselt, Leuven, Antwerp, Bruges and Brussels and Lillebaelt in Denmark. Students went brainstorming on a concept and the programming of nao robots in groups. They were impressed by the technology. With inspiring sessions such as Futuring, Concepting and Robotics. After only one week, the groups were able to hold a nice project presentation in front of a professional jury. With nao robots as medical assistants, blackjack bots, little butlers and workout robots, the question posed itself: "Will humans become obsolete?".]
