ICT & Business International Project

Semester 6 students of ICT & Business started an international multidisciplinary project. On Thursday 16, and Friday 17 February the 25 international students from the Czech Republic, Portugal and Belgium were at FHICT to attend the kick-off days with our B-students. The English students participated through a live stream. All students worked in teams, trying to solve a problem/assignment with the ultimate goal of making the problem in question fun while using IT.

For instance, why do people consistently use the escalator instead of the normal stairs next to it? By having the stairs make sounds, for instance the sound of a piano, people will start using the stairs, because it’s fun.After the kick-off, students further work out the project at their own school. At some later moment they will visit the foreign partner school in order to finish the project together with their project group. Internationalisation @home and abroad!
