Night of the Nerds

"This year, ICT & Cyber Security once again had several setups at the Night of the Nerds, alongside the popup UX-lab, the First Lego League and Interactive Ellie. A new concept, developed by second year students, was a red team-blue team game, where visitors could play a type of Battleships and experience both the attacking side and the defending side of cyber security. We were also at the event with the well-known Security Escape Experience, which still attracts many visitors. The EscapeRoom does seem to require an upgrade to make the build-up more efficient and robust. Seems like a nice new project to work on with students. This will also provide new opportunities for new escape scenarios, perhaps something with Ransomware?”
