Last week, student Bibi Elias (Media Design Tilburg) travelled to South Africa for the international week at partner university Belgium Campus. Jop Bertrams (Software Engineering) is also one of the participants. He has been there since February for his Minor Abroad and is having a great time. Other participants came from various French-speaking and Flemish partners in Belgium. And, of course, the South African students.
Within the theme of this project week Urbanisation: renewable energy in the South African landscape, they got to work on a solution for new energy with technologies and concepts from IoT for collecting and analysing data, creating models and implementing concepts in a prototype.
And in South Africa, of course, a safari cannot be missed!
